  1. Booking Changes

    • Appointments can be rescheduled up to 48 hours before your consultation, subject to availability.

    • To request a change, please contact us directly via email or phone.

  2. Cancellations

    • All cancellations are non-refundable. However, if you notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment, we’ll gladly apply your booking fee as a credit toward a future consultation.

  3. No-Shows

    • If you miss your appointment without prior notice, the booking fee is forfeited and cannot be applied to a future consultation.

  4. Payment

    • Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your consultation.

    • All major credit cards are accepted through our secure payment platform.

  5. Policy Acknowledgment

    • By confirming your booking, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
